#aquietstyle_books

So how has October been for you? In Brighton we have been lucky enough to have plenty of sunshine, warm temperatures, and the most beautiful light.  A photographer's dream! September's theme for #aquietstyle, was extended to cover October too, for two reasons, one time just ran away with me and I didn't get round to posting a new theme, and secondly, I got offered a lovely book, which I thought would make a perfect prize.  The book is Every Breath You Take by Rose Elliot, and it shows you in a very clear and simple way how to use breathing as a focus to bring mindfulness in to your daily life.  A subject close to my heart.

There were a lot of beautiful entries, and it was a tough choice, but in the end I chose this image by @janiceissitt_life_style.  Janice shared a few images for the theme, and each and every one was pretty special, she is a very worthy winner!  If you drop me an email with your address Janice, I will get the book out to you.
